To purchase tickets for intercity routes, passengers can obtain their tickets through the Biletim.az website or iOS mobile app. In regions, ticket sales are stopped 5 minutes before the bus departs from the station. Passengers can buy online tickets up to 10 days in advance. However, tickets cannot be sold to passengers:
- When there are no available seats on the bus
- If the passenger does not have a COVID vaccine certificate or if the validity of the certificate has expired
- If the passenger is intoxicated
- If children without identity cards and unaccompanied minors are traveling
- If passengers and drivers cannot use the designated iOS application. Before the journey, drivers undergo medical examinations, and buses undergo technical inspections.
